How to submit a request

1. Email contact@rijschoolmahes.nl from the email address linked to your My MAHES account.
2. Use the subject “Delete My MAHES account” and include your full name.
3. MAHES verifies that the request belongs to you before deleting data. We never ask for your password.

Submit a deletion request

Data that is deleted

After verification, the portal account is closed and profile details, contact preferences, device registrations, non-essential messages and documents are deleted or anonymised where legally permitted.

Data we must retain

Invoices, contracts, payment records and the financial administration are retained for 7 years under Dutch tax record-keeping rules. Data required for an active dispute or legal claim may be retained until that matter is resolved. Retained data is restricted to that purpose and is not used for marketing.

Processing time

We confirm receipt and normally complete a verified request within 30 days. If the law allows more time, we will explain why.
